13x6 frontal wig with HD lace. Wig lengths start from 16" up to 32" in their natural color. The size of the wig's cap is medium, which is 22" in circumference. All wigs come with adjustable wig bands and wig combs. 

A 13x6 frontal extends further, which gives more parting space. The major difference between the two is that you can achieve a deeper part or longer part with a 13x6 frontal.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on human hair. We also do not offer refunds on clothing items. Clothing items can be exchanged under certain circumstances. Once the order has been placed, we cannot process any cancellations.

EXCHANGES
If you notice your product to be defective, damaged, or received the wrong the order, contact us immediately at chasityscollection0106@gmail.com. Please express your concerns within 3 days of receiving your order. If your item is defective, we will allow an exchange. We will not allow an exchange if the item(s) shows any signs of being used or worn. Clothing must be in its original packaging if being exchanged.

SHIPPING
After placing an order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and verification. Item(s) will be shipped 2-3 business days after your card has been processed and verified successfully. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number and tracking number. Overall, the shipping process will take between 3-5 business days.

BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST MATCH.  We are not responsible for carrier delays, natural disaster delays, or delays due to holidays!

Care Instructions

Please avoid products that contain alcohol and sulfate. These ingredients can cause the hair to dry out.

Shampooing your extensions/wigs is very important. Dirt and oil build up and can damage your hair. When choosing a shampoo for your hair, make sure it is sulfate-free! I would recommend a moisturizing or conditioning shampoo to ensure that the hair maintains its softness.

Please condition your hair after washing! Conditioner brings hair back to life! It gives it balance, shine, and moisture. A light leave-in conditioner is also good to use for your extensions. AIR DRY YOUR HAIR!

I recommend Bed Head shampoo and conditioner, Mielle pomegranate and honey shampoo and conditioner, and OGX brazilian keratin shampoo and conditioner.

When maintaining curly extensions, I recommend using water, curling cream, and leave-conditioner. Work those products through in sections. I like to seal everything in with Lotta Body foaming mousse. Make sure to braid your extensions and tie them up at night to ensure that your hair is detangled for the next morning.

I recommend Mielle’s curl custard and leave-in conditioner!
