When will I receive my tracking number? All tracking numbers are sent via email once the order has been shipped
What size/circumference is the cap on wigs? All wigs have a circumference of 22”. If a larger cap size is needed, please contact us before purchasing! They also come with combs and an attachable elastic band.
Can I send pictures/videos to show how my hair looks after being installed and styled? Of course! You can send pictures and videos to us on our Instagram page @shopchasityscollection
If I don’t like how my clothing items look on me, am I allowed to return? No. All clothing items are final sale.
How would I know what size to order in clothing? All clothing items are true to size. If otherwise, the sizing chart will be posted in the description box underneath the item’s picture. You can also contact us before purchasing if you have more questions.
Which carrier will be delivering my package? As of now, our carrier is DHL.
