Exchange, return, and shipping policy
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on human hair. We also do not offer refunds on clothing items. Clothing items can be exchanged under certain circumstances. Once the order has been placed, we cannot process any cancellations.
EXCHANGES
If you notice your product to be defective, damaged, or received the wrong the order, contact us immediately at chasityscollection0106@gmail.com. Please express your concerns within 3 days of receiving your order. If your item is defective, we will allow an exchange. We will not allow an exchange if the item(s) shows any signs of being used or worn. Clothing must be in its original packaging if being exchanged.
SHIPPING
After placing an order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and verification. Item(s) will be shipped 2-3 business days after your card has been processed and verified successfully. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number and tracking number. Overall, the shipping process will take between 3-5 business days.
BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST MATCH. We are not responsible for carrier delays, natural disaster delays, or delays due to holidays!
